On this hands-on culinary tour, guests will learn about the intricacies of Vietnamese gastronomy, including practical cooking techniques, the use of local herbs & spices, and how to select the best ingredients.
Dive to Dam Market and start walking through the stalls, learn about different Vietnamese ingredients and how to choose specific fresh food. Return to the Champa Island Resort and follow the chef’s instructions to learn the techniques of making delicious Vietnamese dishes – create and enjoy your own fresh summer rolls, banana flower salad and soup of minced pork & prawns.
Tram Huong Tower (External facade): The tower has relatively distinctive and striking architecture and looks like a shining lotus bud.
Cham Po Nagar Towers: Built between the 7th and 12th centuries, it is said that Lady Thien Y-ana taught new agricultural and weaving techniques to people of the area, and in gratitude they built the tower to honour her.
Nha Trang Center: A large shopping mall, located at Nha Trang's flourishing region, selling branded clothing,bags and fashion items. There is also a large supermarket.
